Founded in 2018 by sales trainer and sales author Rob Spence, Paragon Sales Solutions was born to provide an effective outsourced sales and marketing solutions to businesses of all sizes, and from all sectors.

The Paragon Journey
Paragon Sales Solutions began in 2018 when founder Rob Spence started the business from his bedroom, driven by a passion for sales and a vision for helping businesses thrive. What started as a small operation quickly grew, leading us to move into a small office—one that we soon outgrew as our success continued.
Today, we have a full sales and marketing team, and we’ve recently expanded our space to accommodate our growing ambitions. Our journey reflects our dedication, hard work, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
As we continue to grow, we remain focused on our big dreams and hopes for the future, always striving to push boundaries and help our clients achieve their goals.

Our Charity Work
Voluntary Action Leicester (VAL)
We support and sponsor the annual VAL Awards and have done since 2021! Supporting their commercial team also in selling award sponsors and tables.
The Bamboozle Theatre help adults & children with additional needs to enjoy theatre uniquely. Paragon Sales Solutions sponsor a table at their annual gala while donating and fundraising as best we can. As a charity close to Rob, he has run a marathon to raise money.
Paragon Sales Solutions raise money and fundraise for Hope Against Cancer.
Paragon Sales Solutions are proud sponsors of the Countesthorpe Bowls Club and Scouts Club. We enjoy giving back and getting involved in the local community. Each year, Paragon come together in the Christmas Friend scheme to deliver Christmas dinner to those in need
