With a massive thank you to Go Gloucestershire Communications, we have a shiny new phone system that is going to improve the work our telemarketers conduct for our clients.
Our new VOIP (voice over the internet) systems have given us a whole new dynamic to what we can offer and already our clients are reaping the rewards.
The quality of calls has been improved, which is ideal. But not only that, our calls are recorded so we always know how well calls are going or can provide feedback to our telemarketers where needed. But not only that, we can now offer our telemarketing clients the ability to request a report to make it absolutely transparent as to where their investment has been spent and they can see where we have spent our time.
And that is only the first steps.
Over the coming 12 months or so, we will be looking to introduce further software which will help us to save time on our dialing and note taking which will not only allow our telemarketers to work more effectively but will allow us to offer an even more transparent service to our clients.
