Can the Customer provide a brief overview of the Company and what the campaign is all about.

Go through completed forms and clarify all points

When are they looking to start, check availability on the planner for Onboarding call and Campaign start dates

Will the client be providing the data? If so run through format needed.

If Paragon to supply explain costs involved (we will send a quotation with the parameters of the data included so they can confirm to proceed.

Who is to receive the reports and the leads? Advise of weekly reports.

Will they require us to send follow up emails? If so can we have an email account and signature set up.

Do they have any marketing information etc. we can include to warm leads?

If appointments are to be booked can we have access to a calendar?

What does a good lead look like?

Is there a time frame for the service need?

Does the company need to be certain size?

Does the call / follow up need to be with someone of a certain level / position?

Do they need to have a certain number of employees?

How many leads are they hoping for?

Go through the next steps - On-boarding day and call to be booked in

Customer contact - are they happy with weekly reports, do they want increased communication?
