We are approaching a stage in our growth in which we are hunting for a team member to join our ever growing, awesome, sales team. With ongoing demand with current clients, and more and more contracts for work coming in, we will very soon need a telephone warrior to join our ranks – so if you are on the hunt for a great sales job, read on!
The sales job we will have available will consist of the following duties:
– Making Cold Calls
– Telemarketing
– Appointment Setting
We are not necessarily looking for the finished article or the perfect candidate. Don’t have experience in this field? We don’t mind. What we do care about is your attitude and mindset. This sales job will allow the candidate the chance to join a growing company; the chance to help grow a business day by day. The ideal candidate must be willing to work hard, study, adapt, show good initiative, problem solve, be a great listener and potentially have leadership skills.
Don’t worry about sales skills; we can teach you those.
As it stands, we do not have hours set out, or a salary package planned. This blog post is simply going out there as we start to gather our thoughts on the next recruitment phase and as we start to make some decisions.
To help with those decisions, we want to see a small pool of talent knocking on our door.
